Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Some products, like the TP Toys range, we do not sell directly online as the range is huge and we find it best to talk to customers to see exactly what they need - so just phone or email for advice on these products.
We only supply to the United Kingdom mainland.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Unless otherwise stated there is no extra charge for shipping & handling.
Delivery Schedule Normally 7 - 10 days unless stated otherwise.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is included (subject to change).
Credit Card Security All online payments are made via the secure servers of PayPal - we do not even see your credit card details ourselves.
Guarantee All parts and products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months, unless specificately stated otherwise, and is conditional upon family domestic use. The guarantee only covers the original purchaser.

Privacy Policy Gate Farm Toys do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Before you request or arrange the return of a Product, please read the information below carefully.
You may return any Delivered Products you have purchased within 10 calendar days of Delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing via email or post within 10 calendar days of Delivery. If you are returning a Product for any reason, except damage (informed to us on delivery date) or manufacturer defect, you must pay the costs of returning the Products to Us or our suppliers. All returned products must be completely disassembled and correctly placed in all original packaging.
We may require photographic evidence of the satisfactory condition of the item you are returning. This will be at our discretion. Electronic files should be forwarded to us here and we will obviously also accept printed media.
On request, we will collect the Products from you, you will receive a full refund and may be exempt from additional delivery charges if:
• the Product delivered is not what you Ordered (including an unapproved Substitute Product), or does not correspond with its description;
• the Product arrives damaged or faulty and you have notified us within 10 calendar days, we may replace the item or affected parts or you may Cancel the Order and receive a full Refund. You will not be charged for the costs of returning an unapproved substitute or defective product. If Products arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's Delivery consignment note where possible and inform us within 10 calendar days of the Delivery. If the Product becomes defective soon after 10 calendar days have passed, Gate Farm Toys will, at its option, repair the product, replace the Product or Refund you. You will not be charged for the cost of Returning a defective Product.
We will not accept Returns or Cancellations if the Products have been altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customising the Product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the Products as your own, including fully assembling the products. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed they must be returned in the same way including complete disassembly. Care must be taken to ensure the Return Products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. All advertised sizes and measurements are an approximation but Gate Farm Toys endeavour to make sure that all are as accurate as possible. Products Returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the Refund given.
